 Business Transaction Management:-• Monitoring the reporting of transactions entered by the clients to the respective AMCs Asset Management Companies before the stipulated cut-off time.• Launching various NFOs (New Fund Offers) in co-ordination with various AMCs and RTAs and making the same available in the ICICIdirect.com website Performance of Mutual funds and investor behavioral aspects:-• Reviewing the Mutual Fund masters system for loads charged by various AMCs, nomination requests received from clients, monitoring the updation of NAVs (Net Asset Values) of various schemes, monitoring the orders received from the clients which are not executed by the AMCs and closely coordinating for refunds & reversals of orders.  Managing orders and creating transaction reporting:-• Handling transaction reporting to 32 AMCs within stipulated SEBI cut-off time• Handling FCRM queries through Finnacle system and through emails, handling all senior management escalations and escalations pertaining to HNI/super HNI clients.• Handling various AMC mergers and takeovers, scheme mergers by pushing the information to customers through mailers and SMSs and updating the information into customers’ trading accounts.
