Responsibility:-Generate the Tax Invoice, Purchase order, Purchase, Delivery Challan , receipt payment,Performa invoice, Credit note/debit note Tally ERP 9 & Tally Prime. Follow up, call or email customers to solve any related Billing queries .Making Quotation ,E-way bills, E-invoice, Tally prime.Responsible For the managing Preparing & Confirming Orders,Filing & Paper work Management.Coordination with Warehouse for Invoicing and Dispatched.Lr follow up &Lr update in system checking the sales order and filing the same.maintain reports of dispatches.Taking Approval on the quoted prices through sales person.coordination with the sales staff at pan India level.Handling incoming Calls & Coordination with the Incoming inquiry.Update Monthly Sale, Purchase & Purchase order, Quotation Record in Excel Format.Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.Maintain minimum/maximum Stock for all the companies.(Closing & Opening).& Maintain Stock And Delivery at Branch.To check Proper Storage of material in the store and checking the stock of the items.Ensuring credit Note is released post approval.Handling Gmail & Outlook, Documentation Work.Coordination with internal department for processing the orders.Maintain Pricing rate all Customers.
