• Performing pre-evaluation and continuous inspection of catering CPU/Accreditation centres/Stadiums/Training site in-line with the risk base inspection to see the compliance with ISO 22000/ HACCP and Local food code of Qatar.• Verifying the implementation, execution of caterer's food safety policies, HACCP plan, PRPs, OPRPs, CCPs, SOPs and their compliance.• Cooperating and coordinating with MOPH/MM inspectors during the inspection.• Verifying the implementation of HACCP principles of the different catering providers in CPUs and stadiums.• Usage of digital inspection tools, making live reports, ATP swab per collecting food samples and submitting to Central Food Laboratory.• Performing root cause analysis and back tracing in case of potential sample failures.

• Ensuring compliance with all quality programs including HACCP and Foodsafety management system.• Member of the Food Safety team and aided in achieving the FSSC 22000Certification in Food Safety Management System for Catering.• Conducting daily inspection regarding hygiene and sanitation conditions of all production, storage areas etc.• Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with local regulatory laws / international standards in Food safety.• Conducting Food Safety Training Programs to the staffs and new joiners.• Conducting Routine laboratory analysis for the Food, Water andenvironmental samples.• Monitor the hygiene standards, including the cleaning and sanitation in theunit and to ensure compliance with the local standards.• Reviewing the implementation of food safety skills of the team members
