Major Job Responsibility: • Full responsibility to plan and achieve divisional budget.• Lead, supervise, setting priorities and balancing workload of reporting associates. • Recruitment, review structure and identify needs to strengthen team to manage business growth.• Identify and develop new potential dynamic source base from the perspective of products, pricing, quality and reliability in order to optimize sourcing opportunities. • Product pricing, negotiation with vendor & capacity management. • Coordination between cross functional team of Head Quarter and sourcing offices. • Provide Market research and information to concern team.• Reviewing sourcing KPI’s and set up team goal.
