Keeping daily follow up with team Merchandising activities and developing own company areas for Marketing strengths, now I have been taking care Walmart USA,Bestseller-JDY & ONLY,Benetton, LIDL along with other Brands COSTCO. My focus is to increase more production lines for company with better marketing strategy.

During job tenure, had taken care full H&M team of business development n Merchandising execution. Also worked out marketing of new customer and tried to add brand Tokmanni OY. K-mart was a part of activities where had taken care only for few months.

- Executed Full Ladies Woven denim/non-denim division of Lindex BD orders- Plan production for smooth delivery- All approvals of samples,accessories taken on time- Price finalization with vendors category wise- Worked with Factory: Pioneer Group, Hamim Group, Passion Jeans

- Head of merchandising team in BD office- Executed Knit,Woven & Sweater orders - Price quotation finalization with buyers beside Country manager- Used to handle whole office during the period of Country Manager business trip- Buyers were: Riachuelo-Luigi Bertolli-Vilejack-Marisol(Brazil),Santory-Platino(Mexico),Reliance(India),Mistral(Portugal)

- Executed whole sample development- Production follow up- Wash development - All approvals of samples,accessories arrange on time before bulk- Inventory checking sort out short list and arrange accordingly for smooth delivery- Experienced knowledge of Wrinkle Free Pants- Buyers: Jones Better Division, Hagger, Jos-A-Bank

- Daily Production,Accessories in-house status and inspection follow-up- Order distribution to factories and follow up for shipment- Booking accessories and fabric consumption finalization- Buyers: Wal-mart,OXFORD,LI & FUNG

- Full IE team manage for 20 lines of Shirt production- Analysis on Daily,monthly & yearly production graph for company growth status- Production target setting, Production Increase achievement, Line layout, Bottle Neck remove from production of Cutting-sewing-finishing- GSD establishment- Buyer: PVH,MEXX,NEXT,ZARA,DOCKERS,PERRY ELLIS
