Senior Managing Consultant with focus on enabling telecom industry transfusion into financial services.Personal favourite client project was to head the establishment of a number of mobile banking and payments companies from scratch across eastern European countries and the Asian region. Other selected assignments: Ran Programme management office for life insurance company.Designed and coordinated a number of M&A transactions within banking, payments and shared service providers.Restructured shared services function in major telecommunication company.Full scale strategic market analysis on technology trends in the Norwegian financial industry.

Member of bank executive management team. Headed the savings- and investment product portfolio across the bank branches. Major initiatives were to implement Mifid certification process, upgrade the financial investment product portfolio, found new strategic alliances and partnerships, and lead a number of IT development processes.

Major tasks were to undertake challenging turnaround and redirection excersise of strategic focus in times of changing market regulations.
