Heading the commercial & HR vertical , interacting with C-suite clients.Drove the entire business Operations of Rs 100 crs turnover with prestigious clients like Tata Steel, SAIL, NTPC, JSW Steel, Aditya Birla, NALCO, Essar ports, RVNL, Sarguja Rail Corridor of Adani’s, Chattisgarh East Railway Ltd, Dhamra port ( 2010-2013) and many power plants. The business operations encircles operation of 70 locos with 300 Loco pilots, maintenance of 60 Locomotives, maintenance of 1200 Kms of ballasted track, 100 Kms of Metro tracks for Chennai Metro, Operation of Stations with Station Masters trained by us, Signal maintenance of 15 project installations and Centralized Traffic Control system at Dhamra port. Personally headed the position of Independent Engineer to CERL - Chhattisgarh East Railway Ltd ( 2018-19 & 2019-20 ). CERL is a Rs 3400 Cr project funded by Coal India, IRCON & Chhattisgarh state for construction of a new line between Kharsia & Dharmjaigarh for evacuation of coal. The Independent Engineer is accountable to Ministry of Railways and shall ensure that the project is implemented as per the concessions given by Ministry of Railways.

Headed the signaling infrastructure and the technical departments at Aster Rail. Under my leadership, the company revenue rose from Rs 3 crs to Rs 25 crores – an 8 fold increase in 5 years. Executed several major signaling projects including the signaling system at NTPC Sipat, RRI modifications at Bhilai, Durg bye pass line, Construction of as many as 20 panel Interlocking installations in various zones of Indian Railways.Proposed and led a strategic acquisition of a signaling company (McML) for Aster Rail to complement the portfolio and strengthen the capabilities of Aster Rail for obtaining higher value projects and business expansion.

As a DYCSTE, handled the project management & signaling designs of gauge conversion projects on South Central Railway

Responsible to assist the Commissioner of Railway Safety (CRS) for scrutiny of all Railway development proposals, plans, designs from safety point of view at the Commissionerate of Railway Safety under Ministry of Civil Aviation. Technically assisting the CRS in conducting Statutory Inquiry in cases of Railway accidents involving loss of human life.Was on Deputation to the Safety commission of South Central circle in the equivalent capacity of Dy. Commissioner of Railway safety for S&T and OHE ( 2001 - 2004).Inspected the Railway electrification project of Gudur- Renigunta – Tirupathi section for according the sanction for opening the section for public transport.Inspected the Gauge conversion project of Tirupathi – Pakala - Katpadi section for opening the Railway services to public carriage.Inspected the auto braking system for Locomotives on Caronzol - Kulem section to accord approval for crossing of freight trains with passenger carrying trains Assisted in Investigation many accidents along with the commissioner of Railway safety.Assisted the Safety commission in conducting many statutory enquiries into Railway accidents involving loss to human life.
