 Recruitment and Manpower Planning, Joining formalities & Exit interviews Selection of the Candidate by Campus Recruitment and various Job Portals.  Coordinate and update Manpower Plans with outside agencies. Ensure that Job Specifications/Descriptions and Task Lists are administered and recorded in employee personal files Custodian of employee records (personal files & computer data) Leave and attendance related activities F & F settlement for resigned employees Maintaining Leave records, MIS & manual records Coordination & communication between department heads & Management for all HR related matters Implementation of the HR policies Assists in developing efficient reward and recognition programme with various department heads Facilitate in Performance Appraisal, Increment & Promotion related information of employees Assists in Payroll - Wages & Salary Administration  Assist in updating of ESIC & PF. Ensure professional relationships are established & maintained between management and employees Actively counsel employees on career prospects, job related and personal matters. Grievance handling and Misconduct management providing professional counselling and coaching to correct inappropriate behaviours
