> Ensure efficient control and planning of the maintenance operation requirement and to control the distribution of uniform, shoes, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) with relations to safety requirements.> Supervise and manage Waste Management of schedule waste, i.e collection, segregation, packing and disposing of the subject.> Monitor and coordinate the CHEMICAL HAZARD RISK ASSESSMENT (CHRA) compliance for all Maintenance activity at KLIA2.> Handle and initiate procurement for staff attire and amenities.> Liaise with the respective maintenance department on the vehicle requirement and model prior to purchasing. > Handle company vehicle insurance, roadtax and aviation permit renewal.> Work closely with Malaysian Airport Holdings Berhad to secure security application and registration> Maintain Petty Cash for Kuala Lumpur Line, hub’s, stations, wheelshop & GSE.> Oversee and handle all new vendor registration processes. > Liaise with the Budgeting team from Engineering, Ground Support Equipment, Finance and SEA to compile and complete Annual Budget.

> In-charge of stores and workshop and is responsible for ensuring timely delivery of estate ordered items for day to day use.> Handle daily store issues at muster ground- fertilizer,chemical,fuel & lubricants, harvesting/spraying materials for the day's use.> Distributing work as per days program to all farm vehicle drivers. > Oversee daily vehicle maintenance schedule and ensure the drivers compliance with it.> Handle purchasing of vehicle parts and workshop tools/ equipment.> Supervising the daily work of workshop staffs, foreman's, mechanics and carpenters.> Ensuring smooth fresh fruit bunch (FFB) crop dispatch by having sufficient contract lorries for dispatch to the palm oil mill.> Handle and manage suppliers invoice and purchase requisition records.
