Help to coordinate all aspects of production for the RedTie Affair, the premier Gala and fund raising event for Dab the AIDS Bear Project .Responsibilities include, but not limited to :Securing venue spaceVenu logistics Working with entertainers, local and international Coordinating and working with vendors Coordinating and working with volunteers

• Book and coordinate in-house and off- sight catered events and special functions • Personal assistant to the owner / executive chef, Brandon Byers. • Ensure content and information for Facebook up to date and current • Answering and replying to messages and inquiries via Facebook. Coordinated Events: Annual Luncheon 60+ guests Association of African American life and studies (ASALA) Facilitated contract and arrangements for onsite taping of “Excuse the Duval in Me” local sports talk show and podcast Facilitated arrangements with Grub hub and Ubereats delivery services Facilitated contracts and arrangements including setup of multiple book signing and book release event

• Helping to ensure all guests have an enjoyable dining experience. • Training of new hires, servers and bartenders to ensure menu knowledge and proper procedure.
