Current• Pricing of client deals• Managing trading book including taking positions in FX market as well as identifying and exploiting trading opportunities and hedging the risk• Working closely with the sales team to develop relationship with clients• In collaboration with algorithmic traders maintaining accurate pricing in eFX platforms and defining passive and aggressive position management strategies• Negotiating terms and conditions with liquidity providers to improve prices and execution• Working with most eFX platforms to scale the business• Improving trading desk infrastructure in collaboration with IT• Executing FX orders from wide range of clients• Reporting key figures to Head of Department• Leading FX Team to provide daily turnover and PnL• Training and mentoring junior staffI defined roles and responsibilities of the team and established internal processes for the team work. I trained 6 junior staff who currently continue working on the FX market. In collaboration with the IT Team I act as FX Program Manager on the side of business. I implemented vital system upgrades and automated processes (new products, positions, PnL, setting changes, etc)
