Consultant in the Sustainable Product Development group at Teknologisk Institut. In my line of work, I research technical solutions to improve recycling within the Danish industry. Specifically plastics, both thermoplast and thermosets. Based in academic organic chemistry we strive to improve technologies from all TRL levels towards implementation. I have a PhD in organic chemistry. My dissertation was on synthesizing new and versatile polymers which could degrade to monomers “on-demand”. The PhD work was heavily supported by excellent bachelor/master students, as such supervision of said students took up a large part of the work. My background is in chemistry with organic synthesis and polymer chemistry as main interests. Teknologisk Institut allows me to use these interests to work with a wide variety of new innovative solutions and trouble solving.
