• Direct reporting to the Head of Operations (Co-Founder) and executing operational tasks.• Act as a bridge between operations team and the founder’s office.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamlineoperational processes to improve efficiency.• Vendor onboarding and implementation of new platforms in the organization.• Creation of ad hoc reports for the founder’s office.• Conduction of regular Payment Audits for all the payments received in the system.• Single handedly set-up a process of handling enrollment-query process.• Conduct Data-analysis to understand the trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement.

• Managing hourly reports like Call Count Data, Demo Scheduled/DemoCompleted Data, BDAs Talk-time data etc. for the TLs.• Managing the CRM tool- Leadsquared as an Administrator and maintaining the reports.• Handling sales user issues on the CRM tool and helping them with the solution.• Creation of relevant data reports for TLs for team performance.

• Managing life-cycle of leads (from onboarding to client conversion).• Connecting with the leads and sharing our products and services.• Provide training to new on-boarded colleagues.• Managing customer queries within set SLA’s and providing software demos.• Coordinating with the Social Media Marketing team to generate moreBusiness.
