Mediated issues and logged all ongoing changes to all “Interface Agreement” contracts through regular correspondence and mediation meetings. Also managed 18 turnaround systems, presenting progress to the owners’ management team. • Coordinated, logged and uploaded over 200 Interface Agreements between the joint venture contractors (green-field) and the Agrium operations team (brown-field) for a 1M man-hour Turnaround• Reduced meeting times in half through regular correspondence from both sides, and through issuing neat and organized meeting minutes with action items for all parties.• All eighteen of my turnaround systems completed on schedule, including the entirety of the rail loadout expansion.

Assisted in the commissioning of the PCS Lanigan expansion by analyzing the front end of the mill through sampling and process analysis. Performed all associated lab work, analyzing samples by grade and chemical composition and evaluated the data in Excel, comparing the equipment performance to proposed manufacturer performance and design through the use of METSIM modeling.• Engineered and operated a pilot plant apparatus to test various hydrocyclones for their potential use at potash plants, presenting the results to management. • Delivered a full report on llamela hydroclassifers comparing their performance by surface area versus conventional hydroseparators
