Oversees daily managerial tasks alongside general manager including inventory, food and beverage quality, and guest satisfaction/experience. Is the point of contact when general manager is out of office, and communicates directly with leadership team for issues regarding direct employment team.

Works with staff as a Bartender/Shift Lead with opening and closing managerial duties. Bartends and serves in a high-volume, high-quality establishment, as well as assists with guest relations and conflict resolution.

Worked at Arizona’s only Forbes five diamond restaurant, and followed Forbes standards to ensure a memorable and positive dining experience. Performed opening and closing duties, and assisted other positions to allow for an easy dining experience.

Assisted residents and parents of residents living in ASU’s Hassayampa West dorms. Performed lock out procedures, answered questions, and upheld maintenance of designated areas.
