Major focus was on Global Communication Systems, which included antenna based satellite communications from aircraft to ground services for streaming internet content. Worked on HP “shift-left” programs. Was responsible for Fibre Channel driver qualification for all HP platforms. Was also responsible for duplicating and resolving issues reported by OEMs.Major achievements:Worked on a show stopper OEM problem where multiple Servers, Storages and FC Switches were involved. I was able to duplicate the issue and gather data using complex triggering of an FC Analyzer. Based on this data, we were able to create a driver fix. Visited HP Marlboro and worked with their test teams to better understand their needs. Based on their requirements, improved our test procedures. This resulted in streamlining our testing, which led to better quality testing and on time projects. Was team lead for Fibre Channel driver qualification for all HP platforms. Created Bugzilla defects during Beta programs and got multiple RedHat related fixes in the released Kernel of RHEL OS.

Senior member of the Server Engineering team responsible for deploying Storage solutions for Servers and Workstations. Responsible for product schedules from prototype stage to production release. Major achievements:• Worked on a team that co-developed a NAS (Network Attached Storage) solution which met aggressive budget and time to market goals.• Worked on SCSI backplane signal analysis and redesign to accommodate faster next generation speeds.
