Current*Payroll Management:Directly handle payroll operations, including preparing WPS files, managing full and final settlements, and ensuring accurate payments. Oversee paycard applications, cancellations, and resolve any issues related to paycard management.*Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:Manage the complete process of onboarding and offboarding employees. This includes handling all relevant paperwork, ensuring smooth paycard setups, and resolving any issues that arise during these transitions.*Operational Management:Oversee essential operational tasks such as booking flight tickets for employees, handling resignations, vacation requests, and managing the entire employee exit process.*Fostering Growth and Development:Set and uphold high performance standards to drive individual and team growth. Conduct detailed performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to support employee professional development.*Data-Driven HR Strategy:Analyze HR trends and metrics to guide strategic decision-making. Leverage insights to align workforce management with the organization’s goals and ensure continuous improvement.*Administrative Efficiency:Handle administrative processes with precision, including managing resignations, vacations, and compliance.
