Contracted as Program Manager for major global consultancy company. Brought in to develop processes and PMO for Artificial Intelligence Center Of Excellence (CoE) as it grew rapidly from 6 to over 50 people in a year. PMO established and successfully transitioned to BAU at end of contract.

Technology Leader for the Next Generation Clinical Trials program (NGCT). NGCT was a global multi year program of interlinked projects designed to establish common systems and processes across all clinical trials regardless of location, size or who is running them. The program team was over 250 people spread across all regions and clinical trial functions. My remit was to make this happen on time and on budget which it did finishing out this year.In terms of my abilities and skills I am an IT director with extensive experience in successfully leading and delivering business critical global IT programs.
