My PASSIONS include youth empowerment, —specifically helping young people recognize their inherent abilities to be leaders/scholars, building high “career esteem “through Aspire2Higher programming. Much of my work over the last 10+ years is in #diversity, #equity and #inclusion; moving organizations to more equity and inclusion; driving change through program creation , policy changes & policy development.
