This venture ignited my curiosity in HTML, PHP, and WordPress, MyBB community software during my college tenure until December 2013. By the year's end, I joined Sysbiz Technologies through my own efforts, marking the inception of my relationship with Java. I began debugging GSK's code. Gradually, I found myself seamlessly navigating the code flow, delving into Vaadin Framework and eventually achieving certification in it. My journey got transformed into leadership, mentorship, and delivering value through software as I ascended to Module Lead and Tech Lead roles.About Me:From inception to deployment, I'm a firm advocate of best practices, clean code, and well-architected systems that stand the test of time. I also encourage my team to adopt a similar mindset, fostering an environment where quality is celebrated. I can affirm that I have instilled this mindset in all my team members through leading by example. I've had the honor of leading teams nurturing fresh minds, steering them towards achieving excellent results. The honor of witnessing their growth is a reward and satisfaction that can't be quantified.I've had the privilege of witnessing the evolution of technology, from monoliths to microservices, waterfall to Agile. Am always eager to learn and adapt to the ever-changing landscape. I find myself drawn to challenges that seem insurmountable, viewing them as opportunities for innovation and growth. I take pride in dissecting intricate problems, collaborating with teams, and architecting solutions that not only solve the immediate issue but also pave the way for future scalability.
