Client: Mapfre Insurance.The Agency Growth Platform serves as a comprehensive tool through which Mapfre Insurance provides agencies with the ability to monitor their engagement following their onboarding with Mapfre Insurance. Within this platform, agencies can access information pertaining to their current status, monthly commitments, and sales performance through graphical representations. The AGP facilitates communication by notifying onboarded agencies of their welcome, status updates, and monthly reports via email.As offshore team member, I successfully delivered a Proof of Concept (POC) to Mapfre Insurance, with my responsibilities encompassing.• Do feasibility study based on the requirement.• Conducted a comprehensive feasibility study aligned with the project requirements.• Executed the transformation of a complete Figma design into a web application, utilizing Angular 16 from inception.• Implemented robust authentication and authorization mechanisms in the Agency Growth Platform (AGP) through AWS Cognito.• Enhanced data visualization by incorporating chart.js and the datable Library for improved representation.• Optimized the AGP application for performance by leveraging NGRX, thereby minimizing service calls and enhancing overall efficiency.

ThemisHRM attendance system is a web-based application intended to maintain attendance records. The application also helps in tracking the hours spent by an employee in a particular project, upon login to the application working time on a project will be captured. The application also has a feature to pause or update the time so that actual time spent on a project will be available to the project manager. IP of the system used by an employee will also be capture which helped in the automated track of which employee is working on what project for how much time. An employee can also upload any document through this application. An employee can also apply for leave using the application and after which a notification email will be sent to reporting manager of the employee for approval or rejection of leave. The system takes care of sending a mail to the reporting manager if an employee has worked for more than stipulated hours. Assigned leave at the beginning of the year will be calculated and will be updated to the account of an employee after an email will be sent to the respective employee. Profile maintenance feature is also available in the application where an employee can furnish all their information.
