Mrinja Regenerative Agriculture Farm (MRAF) is an innovative agronomy yard. It's a own funded agriculture research field and production center. Responsibilities: Provide direction and support to project team to adhere all quality standards for project risk reduction and adaptation during the project implementation and manage the field team as to adherence of Project activities. Assist Aungkur to prepare advocacy and awareness strategy according to the child marriage protection and free from child stunting in community led approach. Facilitate and conduct the process of orientation and time to time capacity building of the project team. Conduct monthly, quarterly and annual reviews of the ongoing project deliverables according to agreed LFA and WP and initiate a consistent process of lobbying, constituency building and dissemination of findings among relevant stakeholders. Ensure the smooth and optimum function of the Project, using personal initiative to push the project into the future and optimize activities. Project management, monitoring and evaluation, oversee all project activities and be the main contact point for the donor and the field staff, Ensure project activities comply with the policies and regulations of the donor and the organization. Oversee the preparation and submission of annual activity-based project budgets as well as monthly and quarterly financial reports and sending of new funding requests. Lead and motivate the project team and monitor project activities and project expenditure and coordinate work with consultants and volunteers in the project. Employ resourcefulness in project design, implementation and monitoring. Trouble shoots project problems. Identifies challenges and solves those with dash and drive.

Plan the project Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management. Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project. Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project. Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities. Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required. Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion.Staff the project In consultation with the appropriate manager, recruit, interview and select staff and/or volunteers with appropriate skills for the project activities Manage project staff and/or volunteers according to the established policies and practices of the organization Ensure that personnel files are properly maintained and kept confidential Ensure that all project personnel receive an appropriate orientation to the organization and the project Contract qualified consultants to work on the project as appropriateImplement the project Execute the project according to the project plan Develop forms and records to document project activities Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project
