I manage staff, recruiting, outreach, and build partnerships with local schools and organizations. I develop programs & curricula, and evaluate services to better meet the needs of our students and families.

As the College Bound Director I have been the connective tissue in developing and maintaining partnership between the Club, the students and the parents. I have been very passionate in maintaining collaborative relationships with local high schools. - Developed College Bound; a program designed to assist students in academic advancement and enrichment through case management, parental partnership and diverse programming - Served on the Program Quality Assessment team, audited programs and staff; developed skills based on observations, feedback, and need- Led staff trainings and meetings disseminating pertinent information and new skills- Worked with superiors to gauge employee satisfaction and create team building activities- Served on interviewing committee for two years, surveying candidates and building a team of robust and passionate individuals capable of executing complex job duties - Served with Coaching Academy, professionally developing new team members to support their transition- Developed marketing materials and executed action plans to recruit members, increasing program membership from a daily average of 8 students to more than 50 students a day- Built and maintained collaborative relationships with local high schools and community organizations- Assisted Development Department with tours, writing grants, and grant reporting - Maintained Scorecard reporting number of members who are on track on a weekly basis - Worked with High School Director to coordinate overall teen programming- Managed and developed College Bound Coordinator - Managed services for teens within the clubhouse including but not limited to tutoring, academic support sessions, and case management- Worked with volunteer coordinator to manage volunteers within the teen department

- Counseled prospective transfer students, assisting them with admission essays, clarifying IGETC requirements and the application process, in-office, via phone and email. - Assisted with the research and execution of Bay Area International Transfer Week, held at a consortium of five local community colleges.- Shadowed and led counseling appointments with the supervision of General Counselor, Fatima Jinnah, developing educational plans, using assist.org, and Banner, a student information system for staff. - Created and directed Financial Aid workshops for students, covering federal and state aid, scholarships, and loan options.
