My journey spans roles from Executive Producer to Studio Chief Operating Officer, where I have delivered high-quality, commercially successful games across mobile and PC platforms. Under my leadership, we built a diverse and high-performing team, and implemented strategic initiatives to optimize development processes.Before Paradox Tectonic, I served as Executive Producer at Jam City, where I was instrumental in the success of top-grossing mobile titles such as Panda Pop and Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery. These projects required not only deep technical expertise but also the ability to manage relationships with external IP holders and guide cross-functional teams through the complete game development lifecycle.
