- Responsible for the overall functionality & operation of all facilities.- Focal person in charge of managing the needs & expectation of key ASB stakeholders including attending to; Facilities Helpdesk, User Satisfaction, Complaints & Feedback etc.- Manage the performance & KPI of facilities management outsourced service provider to meet service level agreement in collaboration with BNM.- Oversee the maintenance of all main functions of the campus including; M&E, Fire Protection, Landscaping, Cleaning and etc.- Ensure all main functions of the campus comply to building regulations & requirements including; Fire Certification, JKKP Permits, ST Permits and etc.- Supervision of work permits, maintenance schedule & other facilities maintenance related reports.
