This includes validating that the stories meet acceptance criteria and has the appropriate, persistent acceptance tests.- understanding impacts of and help solve for compliance and regulatory requirements in all aspects of the solution.

Core team member of the Innovation Incubator Team. We tested new concepts & propositions with customers before developing & launching in market trials, to further validate our hypotheses and track our success metrics. In 2019 we launched “ON by EnergyAustralia”, a new retailer in market within 4 months and for this we were awarded the Chairman’s award.

Ourmedian, previously known as Filemporium, was a digital library dedicated to open-access research papers and resources. In addition to leading the development team and designing the brand and user experience, I established a partnership with Central Queensland University, enabling their students to access open-access Social Innovation research papers on our platform. I also collaborated with Project Gutenberg and the World Literacy Foundation to host their literature collections. Additionally, I secured Ourmedian's inclusion in the Amazon Web Services Activate Program.
