I have a consistent track record conceiving, delivering and optimizing strategic HR initiatives within national, regional, and global operations. I have breadth of exposure across the business through diverse HR expertise within multiple industries, especially in customer goods and fin-tech sector. I also have cumulative successful experience in engaging senior stakeholders in co-creating and delivering sundry HR interventions to achieve long-term vision of the organization through various roles.
