At Bluecrew I oversee four product teams across the Timekeeping, Payroll and Billing domains across Bluecrew and Employbridge. In addition to leading a team of three Product Managers I also serve as an Individual Contributor for the Billing team.

As Group Product Manager of Payments and Platform I served as the lead PM and IC for the Taskrabbit Payments team and managed a Senior PM working on Platform initiatives.During my 3.5 years at Taskrabbit I advocated for and led the creation of the Payments team (previously it was a shared responsibility of the Platform team), launched the re-platforming of Taskrabbits pricing, invoicing and payments infrastructure, reduced payment processing costs and increased margins through innovative pricing and risk management features and introduced several large-scale payments features that increased Tasker and Client retention and booking conversion.In addition to my Payments responsibilities I worked closely with Legal and Tax teams to address legislative tax requirements such as 1099K collection and filing, DAC7, GDPR and AB5 compliance among other projects.

As the General Manager of Davis Roots I ran day to day operations for the startup accelerator program, handled the recruitment and due-diligence of candidate start-ups into the accelerator program, organized Davis Roots events in the community and managed a team of social media, business development and marketing interns.
