•Managed $10M in Beirut projects concurrently. Included shopping center, luxury high-rise, all-suite hotel, and office complex. Reports included (3) Project Managers, (4) Designers, and (3) Project Engineers•Created a new process for waterproofing our windows in the factory rather than on-site, to have more control over the environment. Made quotes more competitive; saving Aluseal ~$50K per month in window waterproofing costs•Completed feasibility loan to obtain credit during times of economic recession. Met 90% of all forecasted invoicing mentioned in the study; accurate forecast helped secure access to credit for future projects.•Partnered with GM in company turnaround. Regained client trust, improved cross-departmental collaboration, standardized the training of new engineers, rooted out contract skimming and other corrupt practices. Client satisfaction led to securing $4.5M in additional contracts.

•Turned project around (Dana of CCC) that was 50% behind schedule and 20% over budget. Completed in half the expected time and avoided $60K+ in late penalties. Consolidated Contractors Company then hired Glassline for $2M headquarters façade project; I was named to serve as Project Manager.•Promoted to the role of Project Manager, to turn around 30-story high-rise project (HOSN 440) 15% behind schedule, 10% over budget, facing major leakage problem. Completed project on-time and within 10% of the budget.

•Subcontracted under Bouygues, top global construction firm, to create Cypress’ first international airport. Collaborated with designers, architects, structural engineers, and safety officers from France, UK, Russia, Austria, Philippines, and India. Reports included Site Manager and (3) general foremen. •Designed and installed the internal project scope of the airport that included all the doors and windows, partitions, and handrails. Glassline’s then-largest project - $12M – and first international project
