CurrentOverview:Managing a department, to ensure end‐user satisfaction. A department responsible for achieving targetsin sales and services for systems and products, such as ABB low voltage products, Midea LED lights, andSamsung - Midea residential and commercial Air Conditioning.Duties:Develop sales and procurement strategies on individual opportunities to ensure product, price, andcustomer solutions are positioned to win.Interface, collaborate, and challenge Engineering and/or Planning when required, to achieve goals andmaximize the sales opportunity. Including critical thinking and problem-solving to find unique solutions and strategies to win opportunitiesUnderstanding of the construction industry from the vantage point of a subcontractor; reading the project specifications, interpreting drawings, understanding project requirements stated in the General Conditions, and preparing and delivering a fully responsive bid.Read architectural specifications, floor plans, and drawings to reflect field conditions.Maintain knowledge and understanding of the companies’ full product line accordingly as they relate to job duties.Utilize on a regular basis companies’ CRM, and ERP software to support our sales efforts.Manage a large number of sales opportunities in tandem.Make independent and strategic decisions regarding sales opportunities to ensure proper successfulcompletion
