    I lead a team of professionals who, with the support of the Project Managers, have planned, and are executing, the commercial strategy of the organization. We have been implementing changes in communication actions with clients and potential clients. Among these changes, we have defined the value propositions of the Strategic Business Units, and enhancing the differentiating elements of each one. To make contact with potential clients, we have defined alerts, in different media and sources, that allow us to obtain relevant information about projects to be executed. Follow-up actions are carried out until a new client is specified. With regard to the attention of current customers, the attention cycles of inquiries and orders of customer budgets have been optimized. For this, online tools have been set up to manage all the information related to clients and their projects. The elaboration of an economic technical proposal took around seven days. Today we have managed to reduce that deadline to only three, which allows us to have the option of fine-tuning details with customers. To improve the dynamics of commercial communication, and of the projects, I collaborated with the definition and development of an Application (for Android and iOS) that allows our clients, and the organization, to communicate quickly and effectively. This tool has been very required by current clients, and a great differentiator of the organization to approach potential clients. In organizational matters, I have been collaborating with the definition of the Organizational Purpose, and with the elaboration and execution of the Manifesto for Happiness at Proyecta (Happy Proyecta), which will not only allow to have the best working environment, but to advance in the definition of ideas innovative that allow us to anticipate the needs of our customers.

    I was responsible for the performance of the Branches of Bolivia, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay, mainly in the commercial development of their networks, ensuring that they meet the objectives defined in their business plans (aligned with the company's strategy), as well as as in issues of operational performance. Reported to the Commercial Management.A significant issue was to ensure that the Essen Sales System was met. For this, the trainings to the networks of the different countries were constant. It required an intense work of adaptation of the communication elements to "make them local".The coordination with Casa Matriz (Buenos Aires) was absolutely significant, so I designed and implemented tools that facilitated communication and coordination activities not only between the Subsidiaries and the Head Office, but also among the Affiliates, seeking to share commercial information, as well as performance in areas such as Operations and Management Control. In this same line, I worked with the Affiliates in optimizations to the ERP (Visual) with which the organization counted, which allowed the Affiliates to have greater autonomy in making decisions to purchase products from the factory, and efficiently manage the levels of stock of merchandise (which impacted on its cash flows). As a result of these activities, we obtained an adequate disposition of funds in local operations, and drastic reductions in inventory days (from 120 days on average, to 25 days).Essen had as an international development strategy, stop having local distributors in the countries, to place offices in these, which would coordinate and depend directly on Argentina. We already had the Branches of Bolivia and Uruguay. I was responsible for the implementation of the new subsidiary of Paraguay, and to ensure a convenient transition with the existing distributor.

    I led a team with which we elaborated the Strategic Plan of the Organization, as well as the Organizational Culture. We were also responsible for the implementation of a Management System for Quality, Safety and Health at Work.Our Strategic Plan was based on the pillars of the management model of the National Quality Award (Malcolm Baldrige). Main part of the defined plan had to do with having a solid Organizational Leadership, so we created innovative actions to promote the Organizational Culture of the company. We established activities not only to promote the Organizational Values, but to generate integration among the collaborators, and sense of belonging.We also developed an internal communication tool called "Proyecta Informa". This tool allowed to communicate and make known, to the whole organization, important details of what had been done.We implemented a Quality Management System, under the ISO 9001 standard. To do this, we defined the processes of the organization, as well as the key activities to guarantee efficient results. We also seek to promote continuous improvement, through the generation of spaces for identifying opportunities for improvement, using tools such as PDCA and Kaizen, in which all employees participated.For Occupational Health and Safety Management, I led a team of fifteen professionals in charge of the implementation of the System under the OHSAS 18001 standard. We implemented tools to adapt our activities to the current national legislation, and we established a safety and security management model. health that could be replicated by contractors and sub contractors, which facilitated a correct collaborative management. In order to guarantee clean, orderly and safe working spaces, we implemented the "5 S" methodology in our administrative and construction offices, which was distinguished by our clients.
