Experimental physicist at the Quantum Optics Group, focusing on using multiphoton quantum states as information carriers for quantum communication protocols. During my research I have:- Worked with lasers (pulsed and CW), computer controlled optomechanical elements, and nonlinear crystals to generate, manipulate, and measure quantum-entangled states.- Planned and executed highly sensitive low-signal optical measurements.- Wrote simulations of various physical processes using MATLAB and verified their results experimentally in the lab.
