A technological tool was developed and implemented, allowing researchers and historians to publish and manage documents (historical documents, reference books and audiovisual media) and also write research reports.Work team: 22 people, including researchers, historians, system analysts, experts and administrative personnel.Duration: 9 months.- 2006-2007 Victor Civita Centennial: research and scanning of part of the documentary collection of the Department of Documentation (Dedoc) of Editora Abril, which was later cataloged and indexed in a Internet interface.Work team: 9 people.Duration: 7 months.- 2005-2006 José Bonifácio - Complete Works: scanning, cataloging and indexing of all the works of José Bonifácio de Andrada e Silva, in order to make it available for public consultation on the Internet (www.obrabonifacio.com.br). As the documents were scattered across several locations in Brazil and abroad, an intranet was developed and implemented to enable management of collection and simultaneous access of everyone involved. Funded through the Rouanet Law.Work team: more than 35 people in Brazil and abroad, among them managers, researchers, historians, paleographers, consultants, system analysts, programmers and web designers.Duration: 19 months.
