In this project, I have worked with foreignteachers from Mexico, Ukraine, Panama, Pakistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tunisia, and Azerbaijan. This projecthelped me to communicate with foreigners, teach an international language, and create methods forstudents. After the successful end of the project. I applied to the International AIESEC Organisation inSeptember. I started work in the organization in a team member position. After 3 months I completedthe interview and was selected as Team Leader of the iGV (Incoming Global Volunteers) department atAIESEC in Adana. Moreover, I became the first foreigner who applied for this position in the AIESECADANA office. My team consisted of 3 people. My main tasks were managing the team, conductinginterviews, and approving international volunteers from the world to projects in Türkiye. Furthermore,I worked in the organization during my main work as a financial manager. Due to my time managementskills, I had time to do all the tasks.
