As a fitness professional, I've helped countless people in changing their lifestyle and achieve their goals. Showing them that when working smart with a plan, they can get the body and life they've wished for.Healthy living has always been a part of my life since I was a young boy. I was training almost daily and my mum made sure I'll keep a healthy diet. As a teenager, I found a job delivering pizzas on a scooter. Unfortunately, this job has put me in a wheelchair for about 6 months, a thing that has changed my life tremendously. from the ease of doing any sort of physical activity, to require more than one person just to be able to take a bath.Though I didn't give up and throughout the years, I've managed to serve in the military, finish a computer science bachelor, complete a personal trainer's diploma, move to another country and open a successful personal training studio there. Last, but not least, I've even completed the Tel Aviv full marathon.Nowadays, I've founded a personal training studio called Next Level AMS in Amstelveen, the Netherlands. There my team and I focus solely on helping individuals in changing their lifestyle and appearance by adopting healthier habits.
