Establishing and maintaining a high quality incident reporting mechanism to continue building up the Events Database (internal/ external) for Losses and Near Misses.Reviewing and approving Procedures and Policies in order to avoid future Operational Risk Events.Calculation of the Operational Risk Value at Risk (VaR) to measure the level of risk which the bank is exposed to.Defining, creating and monitoring the Key Risk Indicators across the Banks’ Branches and Departments.Setting action plans, in coordination with business lines and monitoring their implementation within the agreed upon time frame.Conducting Awareness sessions to spread the Operational Risk culture among the bank staff.
