Dealing and managing relations with various types of suppliers (Professional companies, Union Agencies and Small hauler agencies) with different means of transport (Land – Railways – Nile Barges) for different presentation of products (Bulk – Bagged-Jumbo).2. Transporting cement with highest standard of Safety, Quality and Customer Satisfaction.3. Reducing cost of transportation by better optimization of fleet idle time.4. Study the market and flow of goods around the country to have a good forecast of supply of trucks.5. Manage 220 rented trucks to sustain the highest level of service (Order Fulfillment and Delivery Response Time) and maintaining the lowest level of cost.6. Ensure that the drivers of rented trucks are fully aware and correctly following the company safety standards.7. Hold daily, weekly and monthly safety inspection for trucks, internal and external haulers waiting area to monitoring any violation and correct it.

1. Develop skills in data entry of transportation data from a regulatory and tracking perspective2. Insures regulatory requirements and proper documentation, including transit documents and customs clearances, exists for shipments. Ensure documentation is accurately processed, distributed and released to carrier, forwarders, customers and agents in a timely manner.3. Prepare all necessary data entry and confirmation of key milestones (departure, arrival, customs clearance, PODs, etc.) as specified by Customer Standard Operating Procedures.4. Maintain courteous, prompt and efficient customer relations.5. Oversee and complete accurate billing to clients based on pricing established with the clients while ensuring accurate costs and profits are maintained.6. Oversee the pick-up and transfer of shipments with appropriate partners.7. 1. Ensure that the Daily Dispatching Requirements are fully met and to eliminate Missed Shipments.2. Monitor the Delivery Trips Times performed by the Transportation Contractors and reports any violations vs. the Transportation Service agreements.3. Prepare a monthly Customer Service Level report to identify delivery deficiencies and prepare action plans to overcome them.4. Set the Daily Dispatching Schedules and communicates them to Transportation Contractors according to the service agreements conditions.5. Expert in SICLO –J.D EDWARDS (dispatch module).

1. Manage the utilization of the own fleet trucks.2. Monitoring own fleet trucks & the dedicated hauler trucks response time.3. Responsible for transport cement to our warehouses to keep the minimum stock.

1. Direct around 110 contracted drivers.2. Ensure that the Dispatching team is fully aware and correctly following the company safety standards.3. Manage the 6 October warehouse to definition the anther drivers who well take the trucks to complete the trip to the site to shorten the trip time.4. Manage the drivers to achieve the above by:- • Selected the suitable driver for the trip.• Manage the drivers rest by fulfillment the safety program.• Giving them the trip petty cash and solar coupons.

1. Handle all the training logistics in the plant.2. Record all the training activities and ensure that all follow-up documents are available (Attendance and Evaluation forms) to meet the ISO requirements.3. Handle the follow-up on all manual forms of HR Plat forms & Initiatives (P&PA, Engagement survey) in the plant.
