· Conduct briefing meetings with hiring managers for new roles and agree upon sourcing strategies and timelines.· Plan the interview and selection process including screening calls, assessments, and in-person or online interviews.· Design compelling job postings and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.· Headhunt potential candidates from across the region through recruitment sites.· Coordinate and schedule interviews with different time zones to ensure a successful flow of interviews and exceptional candidate experience.· Counsel the candidate on the company’s benefits, salary, and culture.· Create the offer letters for new hires and represent/negotiate the offer terms.· Oversee the onboarding process for new hires with the people operations team.· Manage the full hiring process on our System and assess candidates on our video interviewing platform.· Guide and mentor junior Talent Acquisition Associates.

· Handling the medical insurance of our 1000+ Employee by: adding or removing Employees.· Creating a database for the active employees with each employee’s work project, cost and family members added to the medical insurance.· Managing the H&S Courses to our technicians and Engineers by: Reserving the courses, paying the invoices and archiving the certificates.· Creating a database for our current employees with their corresponding courses as well as the course renewal date.· I had some experience with the contract preparation and the resignation process as well as the archiving of the hiring documents of our current employees.
