Current• Database Management: Prepare comprehensive databases for inventory items, ensuring alignment with international specifications and local market standards.Integrate inventory data with accounting programs to facilitate accurate financial reporting.• Stock Monitoring and Review: Monitor and review stock movements across multiple warehouses, ensuring accurate recording of transfers and deductions.• Pricing Management: Take full responsibility for pricing warehouse items, including adjustments for additions or exchanges based on supply orders.• Inventory Verification and Evaluation: Verify the accuracy of recorded inventory balances and stages within the program.Conduct semi-annual and annual inventory assessments for each project, evaluating actual inventory against book balances.Issue comprehensive inventory reports detailing discrepancies and adjustments, whether deficits or increases.• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed reports on store item movements, including analysis of slow-moving items.Provide insights and recommendations based on periodic and non-periodic inventory results.• Collaborative Communication: Collaborate with warehouse management to address issues related to slow-moving items and optimize inventory management processes.
