Over 20 outlets

• Ensure that all operational systems and procedures for the effective and efficient operation of division are in place and consistently applied throughout all departments 
• Oversee and direct the seamless running of the day-to-day operation 
• Support the delivery of outstanding customer service whilst ensuring that all financial and statutory requirements are met HUMAN RESOURCES, TRAINING & STAFF DEVELOPMENT 

• Actively involved in the selection and recruitment of personnel 


• In cooperation with the Owner plans, develops and implements strategy for operational management and development so as to meet agreed organizational performance plans within agreed budgets and timescales 

COMMUNICATION & FINANCIAL PERSPECTIVE 

• Manages and controls departmental expenditure within agreed budgets 
• Communicate on a regular basis with the Owner to review the business performance. 
• Ensures that all departments are maintaining their agreed level of operating performance at all times 
• Communicate and delegate activities to the team 
• Ensure up-selling opportunities are maximized

Provide strategic and systematic approach on divisional sales & marketing. Manageresponsibilities related to effective business planning, strategy implementation and supervision. Considering corrective actions to stay competitive. Fully involved in expansion plans, recruitments, trainings, concepts developments and pre-opening of the new locations. Establish targets for sales in order to drive sales revenues & profit. Channelize new customers and marketing activities. Keep abreast of market conditions, collect market competitions information and enforce action plans accordingly. Fully in charge of operations, PNL statement, Recruitment, Cost Control and SOP’s.
