o I worked with many students to help them achieve the grades that they wish and supported them during the examination period. This support involved mental support for those that were succumbed to stresses within the examination, while also being their tutor and helping them with their education.o I have worked with many students, within the UK and internationally, so I was able to understand those who did not have English as their first language, and interact with some international students using French, which is a language that I've indicated my proficiency in.o Tutoring enabled me to further understand the needs and help that each student required, leading to a personalised experience for each person who I tutored.

o Working in retail provided a brand-new experience from me, enabling to work in a variety of different workplaces but gaining the ability to draw similar connections and experiences. o Through working in a large shopping center, I encountered many customers daily. Each customers has their own individual needs and requirements, and as a sales assistant, we must cater to each individual need, whilst providing a positive and warm experience for them. I have learnt the importance of customer satisfaction and communication through building rapports which each person, whilst catering to their needs to provide this best experience. o I improved my mathematical literacy by becoming till trained in the company within 3 months of working. I was able to check for real and fake notes and use the till to provide the correct amounts of money at a fast rate, to accommodate for the influx of customers that we see at the shop.o In working with a large variety of shoes, I had to broaden my understanding of the shoes that we sold. This enabled me to offer an alternative for shoes that we did not have available, either through providing an order or a similar shoe.

o During my time as a dispenser at Britannia Pharmacy, I developed my skills in identifying correct medication and its respective mass for each individual prescription. I became familiar with the filing system relatively quickly, which enabled me to dispense over 50 prescriptions per day.o Communication within a pharmacy was vital when working at Britannia as being able to recall personal information and identifying the location of the prescription was a team task. This teamwork ensured that we worked efficiently to deliver the right prescription to the right patient.
