As part of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, I'm deeply excited to contribute to a project that sets a new standard in worldwide luxury hospitality and enriches the stunning biodiversity of the Red Sea region.As a Sr. Planning Engineer for the Six Senses Resort Project, I am responsible for a variety of tasks, including, but not limited to:-Strategic Coordination: Lead collaboration with project manager, and team members to define project scope, ensuring alignment with employer and contract requirements.- Baseline Management: Drive the approval process for baseline schedules, incorporating S-curves, cash flow analyses, and histograms, complemented by a detailed narrative report.- Progress Oversight: Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule, identify deviations and risks, and implement recovery/revised plans as needed.- Insightful Reporting: Create and distribute performance reports and dashboards including KPIs using MS Office and Power BI, tailored for stakeholder needs.- Dynamic Meeting Participation: Actively contribute to project progress meetings, sharing insights on progress performance to enhance collaboration.- Team Support: Collaborate with team members to ensure project success and timely delivery of documentation and materials.- Effective Planning: Execute regular look-ahead and working plans focused on critical paths.- Claims Management: Manage event documentation for claims, assisting in preparing notices and detailed Extension of Time claims for delays.

I worked as a Consultant Planning Engineer for Al Rajhi Bank Projects (Tuder Real State, known previously as Al Rajhi for Development) with multi-task activities, including but not limited to:- Contribute to create a clear and useful manual guideline for contractors for planning, scheduling, monitoring and controlling process.- Review and approve the Baseline Schedules submitted from Contractors.- Tracking and monitoring the Contractors updates schedules against the Baseline schedule, identifying variance and the risks, and assessing their impact on project objective.- Prepare and distribute reports, dashboards and presentations including all key performance indicators with proper level of details for each stakeholder.- Interacting effectively with the team members, client, and contractors, to ensure alignment, collaboration, and healthy project harmony.- Addressing stakeholder concerns and managing expectation to maintain positive and supportive relationship.

I worked as Planning Engineer for several projects at Shura Island Program, Red Sea Global Project -Saudi Arabia, with multi-task activities, such as:- Created Project Schedules.- Created Detailed Baseline – Resource loaded with all S-Curves and Histograms.- Prepare a regular look-ahead plan for the Execution team.- Prepare the regular Reports (Daily / Weekly / Monthly).- Participate in project meetings and discussions with stakeholders.- Keep the Project Manager and Management informed about the project status and issues affecting the project.- Maintain event records, which shall be evidence in claims.
