Our main activity is the integration of specialist software and hardware for operation and control centers, with particular emphasis on large-screen display and providing an ergonomic study for the control room (Network Operation Center, Security Operation Center, Facility Management Rooms).• Acting as Sales and Presales Manager• Managing Egypt Office Sales Team• Preparing system schematics for end-to-end control room solutions• Preparing BOQ, RFQ, RFI based on customer requirement.• Doing Demos and POCs for Control Room solutions• Preparing proposals, technical write-ups, and user manuals.• Managing customer escalations with the vendor if needed.

• Distributing the installation tasks to the technicians and support engineers, insuring that all the work process is conducted on time and with a proper quality.• Acting as an escalation point for high severity customer issues that arise from and within the team; directly from customers; or from other functions such as Sales.• Managing customer escalations with the vendor if needed.• Preparing BoQ, solution design based on customers’ requirements and RFPs.• Preparing logical and physical diagrams.• Doing presales activities, presentations, doing demos and POCs• Preparing proposals, technical write-ups and user manuals.

• Managing the customer installation process based on business and technical requirements indicated in the design.• Distributing the installation tasks to the technicians and support engineers, insuring that all the work process is conducted on time and with a proper quality.• Acting as an escalation point for high severity customer issues that arise from and within the team; directly from customers; or from other functions such as Sales.• Managing customer escalations with the vendor if needed.• Testing the developed software and supervising needed modifications if any.• Working closely with customers.• Preparing BoQ, solution design based on customers’ requirements and RFPs.• Preparing logical and physical diagrams.• Doing presales activities, presentations, doing demos and POCs• Preparing proposals, technical write-ups and user manuals.

• Managing the customer installation process based on business and technical requirements indicated in the design.• Distributing the installation tasks to the technicians.• Working closely with customers.• Creating AutoCAD designs for the home automation projects.
