Created complex solutions using Oracle Financials suite of products and custom web tools. ○ Hired, mentored and managed a team of 25 cross-functional experts, team managers and program managers across multiple geos.○ Also created the company’s first-ever cross-functional and business flows based support team. Reduced open issues by 70% and average time to resolution by 50%.

Delivered market ready products in record times. The BFAs are more than $100Mn business for Oracle. ○ Created and managed a PMO team for delivering a portfolio of inter-related projects. These templates and methodologies were used by several client-facing consulting and delivery teams. Contributed extensively to the Application Implementation Methodology (Oracle AIM).○ Also created an offshore team of 90 engineers, product managers and analysts to supplement the team in Redwood Shores.
