I started this job during the 2024 War in Lebanon, where I was on ground filling the needs survey with the shelters to address the needs of the internally displaced people from the South. I was following up with Saida's municipality as well and collecting data regarding IDPs in the houses. I participated in different food and hygiene kits distributions. Currently, I work on women and children empowerment.

Responsible, along with my team, for handling all the follow up processes with the alumni and keeping track of their success stories alongside organizing events and activities to keep them engaged within the MEPI TLS community. Responsible for setting up the (YouthTalks) podcast, which is a platform for the alumni to express their opinions and interview different guest speakers. . Monitoring the warehouse to keep track of the items, food, and books we provide to the families to make sure we satisfy the family needs . Observation and reflection: having an overlook on the families’ and children cases to report the family challenges that should be taken into consideration. Delivering assessments and reports on families we work with including entering the data to specific programs, translating from Arabic to English and vice versa, preparing for the food distributions, success stories to share with the head of the organization . Interview families (Assessments): prepare a list of questions to lead the interview where it focuses on attempting to know the family’s history using the open-ended questions style. Interview Families (Follow Up): Follow up the family’s case and life progress (Theory of Change) after participating in the organization programs. English sessions: Helps in spreading English education to the families (assistant role). Calling beneficiaries/ clients: Calling the families to check up their needs and inform them about the dates of the distributions, bible lessons, English classes.

Training Workshops: empowering the vulnerable women of Saida, Al Taamir area, with the needed soft and technical skills to enable food security and income stability and to encourage their livelihoods and self-reliance. Enablement: attend weekly workshops held by several parties such as: EMBRACE for mental health, Hamlat Hakki for rights for people with disabilities, Gestion Citoyenne for political corruption. Programs: observe and participate in the field visits of WASH, a program under the UNHCR that aims to assess water, hygiene and sanitation for refugee camps
