I am a driven business development professional with 14+ years of experience. So far, I have had senior management positions with 2 companies both of which achieved a significant breakthrough.Firstly, it was an orthopedic-prophylactic footwear and accessories chain store for children where I attracted 4 foreign niche brands, supervised the launch of 4 retail stores and an online shop, and during this time managed to grow the team from 1 to 15 members.Since I overtook business development in 2018, Royal Denta has seen significant growth in its market share in the home market of Lithuania, doubling its presence in the market. In particular, the pharma retail market share in 2022 for toothpastes grew from 5% to 11%, and for toothbrushes - from 7% to 13%, putting the brand in the TOP4 of oral care brands alongside Corega, Curaprox, Blend-A-Dent, and Jordan. Moreover, the brand has been among the TOP5 in terms of sales revenue for dental care products in the pharmaceutical retail sector in Lithuania since 2020. The success of introducing new, high-quality retail chains was accomplished within 2 years after restructuring ineffective distribution methods and implementing a new brand positioning strategy.Later I added premium points of sales by entering prestigious cosmetics stores and online retailers. In 2022 I started to push boundaries even further and launched Royal Denta products on Amazon in the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, and Spain.The product qualities alongside the attentive partnership model and precious execution process that me and my team of 5 developed, were crucial for brand success locally:- Products have been developed in cooperation with odontologists and a South Korean science lab, produced in a dedicated factory which features state-of-the-art technology-Toothpastes are specifically designed to be used with regular and electronic toothbrushes and have low RDA.
