- Leading E2E testing sessions for the significant feature of the year for the e-commerce app. Preparing the plan for E2E testing sessions (e.g. participants, builds, test executions including related test cases from test repository, session length, test environment, test items). Creating and maintaining Test Executions, adjusting Test Cases executed according to specific testing sessions main topics- Participate in Regression testing process not only as one of the testers, but also as a Release Coordinator. Creating release documentation, test plans, test executions, submit and publish daily regression testing progress reports. Debugging and escalating release blockers and non-blocking issues. Performing Smoke tests before the release and submit the release test summary report after release is finished- Facilitate the onboarding process for an intern. Share domain knowledge, best practices testing processes and tools to help the intern quickly integrate into the team. Guide the intern through the internship, assigning QA related tasks. Placing API calls in Collections and variables in Environments as well adding intermittently javascript Tests- Identify and document defects of the e-commerce fashion brand mobile app (Android and iOS)- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, refinements, replenishments, daily stand-ups and retrospectives with shift-left approach- Collaborate with the team early in SDLC to understand requirements and discuss testing strategies- Create and maintain test cases using Jira Xray tool, ensuring the coverage of functionalities- Align test cases with user stories and acceptance criteria to verify that the software meets specified requirements

As a subpoena specialist i am responsible for receiving, reviewing and responding tocompulsory legal requests (subpoenas) served on Western Union and its subsidiaries from lawenforcement agencies. My main duty is to review the subpoenas, search Western Union’s transaction records for responsive information and timely provide the information to the requester, ensuring that Western Union's subpoena fulfillment policies and procedures are followed. In this role i gained experience in creating procedures and keeping them up-to-date for Germany and Nordic countries while taking over new processes, customer service (calls from law enforcement in Europe) training newcomers and checking their handled cases, written translations using legal language skills, participating in monthly calls in order to present extraordinary cases and statistics, improving existing systems and adjusting them to respective processes.

AML compliance specialist conducts research and analysis of complex and critical issues related to patterns and trends in money laundering and other potential risks. A specialist undertakes regulatory reporting as mandated by law and company's policies and procedures. AML specialist also assists and supports the AML compliance team to ensure the company is meeting compliance requirements. In addition a specialist utilizes a wide variety of research tools, systems (MS Word, Excel etc.) and criteria. In certain position knowledge of fluency in English and German (both verbal and written) is obligatory. A big advantage is having strong analytical and collaborative qualities and a knack for problem solving. AML specialisthas to be detail oriented, able to multitask and work under pressure.
