Connect with me if you want to learn how I can help "YOU".Astanga Wellness Pvt Ltd is a culmination of our journey of 25 years in academic, clinical and research oriented activities in the field of Ayurveda, Yoga and Research.We offer both online and offline holistic health consultations and specialise in Diet and Lifestyle Regulation based on the principles of Ayurveda and Yoga, the traditional Indian systems of health and well-being.I have a passion for Research and Bio Statistics and have been teaching it for the past 20 years. I believe that Ayurveda Research has to be developed and it can be done. I was a visiting Professor at the Thames Valley University and the Mayur Ayurveda University of Europe, London teaching Ayurveda on the BA (Hons) and BSc Ayurveda courses.Since 2008, nearly 40 students from across the world have been trained in Ayurveda at our center at Hubli, Karnataka, India.These students are successful practitioners of Ayurveda and refer their clients to us if specialised treatments are required.We are a team of two - myself and my wife, Dr Anita who is also an Ayurveda, Yoga, Naturopathy and Acupuncture Specialist and both of us are qualified Mental health professionals as well.We work to very high professional standards.
