Human Resources Information System Analyst
Current•Ensure data accuracy by supporting the final approval of electronic transactions•Administer and manage the UKG platform, ensuring data accuracy, system security, and compliance with company processes•Support the continued development of our HRIS methodologies, tools and best practices within the company•Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the HRIS, streamlining workflows and enhancing operational efficiency•Work with the HRIS Supervisor to develop understanding and recommend best practices for UKG system configuration•Collaborate with the HRIS Supervisor on implementation of new programs and procedures•Participate in the implementation of new HRIS features and functionalities, ensuring seamless integration
