My first responsibility was to develop the Finance & CFO Service Unit in Tampere from scratch. Built a winning team of five people showing great results and my responsibility grew into the leadership of the Accounting & Payroll Service organisation. I was responsible for my team's results, revenue and operations. I reported to Finance and Accounting Services Lead/Partner.I was also a subject matter expert in management accounting, finance & leadership, an external coach for 5-year Strategy Building in the PwC PCS Audit Business and a member of the Salesforce coach network providing training and support for the CRM’s key users. In 2019, launched a professional service team in Tampere * Acquired strategic clients from Renewable Energy, Construction, Healthcare, Energy and Machinery industries and developed my unit into a fast-growing business unit with a winning team of 5 people.* Succeeded to develop effective sales processes and customer-focused onboarding models, built a supportive culture, and encouraged a startup mentality within the large organization. After a positive experience in a summer position in 04-08/2012, I returned to Talenom in 2013 to develop their bookkeeping processes and improve automation. My responsibilities included process automation, recruitment, capability development, and employee branding.I developed tools to improve resource allocation, mapped and improved the customer journey, and automated purchasing invoice processes. I was deeply involved with employee training, coaching, and mentoring, eventually leading the entire trainee program. I recruited, onboarded, and trained the new employees. * Innovated an automated resource allocation tool in Excel showing recruitment needs and workload transparency to twenty accounting teams* Mapped the client onboarding process to improve the quality of the customer journey* Organized several workshops to demonstrate the importance of automation, resulting in the improvement of purchase invoicing process by 20% in the first year. * Starting in 2018, I directed Talenom’s trainee program, tripling the number of candidates in six months. * Onboarded and trained the recruits, and evaluated their fit with different teams and team demands resulting in 8/10 being offered a permanent job. Led and coached a five-person mentor group for trainees. * Planned the employee career paths and co-created the Talenom Academy, created capability development and educational programs for employees. Coached team leads. * 11/2018-02/2019 was chosen for Internal Leadership ProgramI inspired significant transformations in processes, automation, and recruiting. Improved the Trainee Program into a win-win talent development program. Started the internal Talenom Academy. I trained and coached the team leads internally, initiated changes in the leadership culture, and brought focus to employee experience and wellbeing.

Assisted with Projects like COPROD (Cost and Profitability Conscious R&D) and REFINNO (Reflection Driving Innovation and Performance) working with companies to develop profit-focused accounting practices. Served as an Assistant for the Advanced Management Accounting course, delivering lectures, training, and evaluating coursework.- Was part of strategy and vision building project for Tampereen Työterveys Ry: * Co-organized and facilitated workshops with a colleague for the management board.* Created a thirty-minute video including material for reflection, resulting in a clear vision, mission, and goals.- Was part of R&D cost & profitability project for Sandvik Mining and Construction Oy* Led 30 interviews to gather information concerning the production ramp-up.* Improved decision-making by focusing on planning each ramp-up stage, presenting alternative scenarios to assess the impact on cash flow and financials.
